MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

If you purchase any product from Sugandhim Labs, you are obligated to make payment according to Sugandhim Labs' payment policies. If you fail to make payment or refuse to pay the charges after purchasing products or services from Sugandhim Labs, Sugandhim Labs reserves the right to cancel the order, withhold delivery of the product, or take actions such as issuing a warning, temporarily or indefinitely suspending or terminating your membership on the website (www.worldofperfumers.com), and refusing access to the current and future use of the website (www.worldofperfumers.com). DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS

Generally, transactions on www.worldofperfumers.com are conducted smoothly. However, in the event that any issue arises, Sugandhim Labs has a Dispute Resolution process in place to resolve disputes amicably between Buyers and Sugandhim Labs. A 'Dispute' refers to a disagreement between a Buyer and Sugandhim Labs in connection with a transaction on the website. Sugandhim Labs will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably before taking any legal action or defending the matter.

Sugandhim Labs – GRIEVANCE OFFICER

This page is published and shall be interpreted in accordance with Rule 3(11) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (“IT Rules”), which mandates the publication of the Grievance Officer’s name and contact details on the website. This allows users or any individuals affected by a violation of Rule 3 (as outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use) to notify us of their complaints.

Additionally, in accordance with Rule 3(4) of the IT Rules, the Grievance Officer will acknowledge or respond to your communication regarding a violation of Rule 3 within 36 (thirty-six) hours, and complaints will be addressed within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt.

None of the provisions in the User Agreement shall be interpreted as creating a partnership or agency relationship between you and Sugandhim Labs, and you do not have the authority to bind Sugandhim Labs in any manner.

If any provision of the Terms of Use Agreement is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, it will be treated as severable, and this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Sugandhim Labs regarding the subject matter herein. You are not permitted to assign or transfer this User Agreement or any rights granted under it to any third party. Sugandhim Labs, however, may transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement without your prior consent, provided that the Agreement is assigned on the same terms.

Sugandhim Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
