1. How to Place an Order?

Placing an order with us is simple and convenient. You can choose from the following options:

1. Order Online:

  • Browse through our collection and select the product you'd like to purchase.
  • Add the item to your cart.
  • Click on "Check Out" to proceed with your order.
  • Fill in your personal details and double-check your order.
  • Once everything is correct, click "Continue" to move to the payment section.
  • Choose your preferred payment method and click "Continue to Payment."
  • If you opt for online payment, enter your payment details and click "Complete Order."

You can visit one of our physical stores to experience and explore our products.

2. What are the various Payment options available?

We use 100% secure payment gateway service through Razorpay, where you have multiple safe payment options like Paytm, Debit or Credit cards, Paypal, Netbanking, or Wallet money. We also offer Cash-On Delivery with an additional charge of Rs. 50/- on every order.

Important Note - Cash on delivery is not available on orders above Rs. 1500/-.

3. What is your return policy?

At World of Perfumers, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

Return Policy:

  • We do not accept returns for products once they are delivered, as opened or used products cannot be reused or resold.
  • Returns will only be considered in extreme cases such as damaged, broken, or leaked products during transit. In such instances, please contact our customer care team within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused for a return or exchange to be processed.
  • Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients, and damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. This also does not cover repercussions arising out of specific sensitivities towards a product/ingredient, and you are advised to do patch tests as cautioned in every product.

4. What is your Refund Policy?

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing items. To initiate a refund, an unboxing video with the original packaging is required for claims related to damage, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products.
  • For refund requests, please contact customer care at contact@worldofperfumers.com with necessary images or videos and the subject line "Refund For [Order Number]."
  • If your package is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner.
  • If the order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact customer care within 3 days. No refunds will be issued after this period.
  • Refunds will not include delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by delivery partners.
  • Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer within 5-7 working days.
  • Refund requests should be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • If accepted, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by World of Perfumers.
  • World of Perfumers will provide relevant transaction details once the refund is initiated.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation of orders can be processed before their dispatch from the warehouses only. A gateway charge of 2.5% shall be levied against your order for cancellation.

A refund for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from the warehouses, and an amount of ₹75 will be deducted once the order is shipped and if it is returned to the seller (prepaid orders).

6. What Is Order ID?

Order ID is the unique order number that gets generated when you place an order on our website.

7. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once your order is placed, it will be delivered within 5-7 working days. You can track your order by logging into your World of Perfumers account using your unique order/tracking ID.

8. How safe is it to use online payment on World of Perfumers?

We provide a 100% secure payment gateway via Razorpay, offering you a variety of safe payment options.

9. Can I order sample products first?

While we don't offer product samples, we invite you to explore our smaller-sized options, allowing you to experience our luxurious fragrances before committing to the full-sized versions. Try before you invest and discover your perfect scent!

10. Are your products Eco-Friendly?

Yes, all our products are eco-friendly. We use glass bottles, and our labels, perfume boxes, and packaging materials such as handbags or delivery boxes are made from recycled craft paper, which is 100% recyclable and biodegradable, further reflecting our commitment to the environment.

12. Do you test these products on animals?
