Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hisar, Haryana, India, via a reliable courier service. Please allow the following estimated delivery times from the date of order confirmation:

• Within India: 3 to 7 business days

Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. A signature is required upon receipt of the package. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, please arrange for an authorized recipient, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to receive it on your behalf.

• Post-Delivery Responsibility: Any damage occurring after delivery is not the responsibility of World of Perfumers.
• Claims for Issues: Any claims regarding missing or damaged items must be reported to customer service on the same day of delivery.
