REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At World of Perfumers, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, offering high-quality products designed to enhance their lives. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the items have been delivered. Since opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, we are unable to process returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients, and we recommend handling them with care. Please note the following exclusions under our policy:

  • Improper Handling & Usage: Any damage resulting from negligence, incorrect application, or misuse of the product will not be covered.
  • Skin Sensitivity: We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to individual sensitivity to ingredients. As a precaution, we strongly advise conducting a patch test before full application, as instructed on each product label.

Refund Policy

At World of Perfumers, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, to ensure a smooth resolution process, we have established the following policies regarding claims, refunds, and product issues:

1. Post-Delivery Liability

  • World of Perfumers is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been successfully delivered.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

  • In case of missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory for claim validation.

3. Claiming a Refund

  • To request a refund, please email contact@worldofperfumers.com with the subject line "Refund For [Order ID]", including clear images and videos supporting your claim.
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Handling Tampered or Damaged Packages

  • If the package appears tampered, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner on the spot.

5. Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, notify us within 3 days of the delivery update at contact@worldofperfumers.com.
  • No refunds will be issued for undelivered claims made after this period.

6. Refund Processing & Timeline

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, as they are retained by our delivery partners.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days after approval.
  • Once a refund is accepted, it may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account.
  • World of Perfumers will provide transaction details, including relevant screenshots and the transaction ID, once the refund has been processed.

Return Policy

  • No Returns for Non-Defective Products: We do not accept returns for non-defective products once delivered.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: In cases of damaged, leaking, broken, incorrect, or missing products due to transit, a refund or exchange may be initiated after verification as per our Refund Policy.
  • Claim Window: Customers must contact our customer support team within 24-48 hours of delivery and provide the required proof (including an unboxing video) to be eligible for a refund or exchange claim.

Cancellation Policy

At World of Perfumers, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, if you need to cancel an order, please review the following terms:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • A gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted from the refund amount for order cancellations.

2. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days from the date of cancellation acceptance.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If a prepaid order is returned to the seller after shipment, a deduction of ₹75 will apply before processing the refund.
